Hector Montoya

Hello! My name is Hector Montoya, and I am a Legal Assistant at Ramos Law.

I joined the firm in January 2026 after being drawn to its strong culture and reputation, which I learned about through reviews and professional recommendations. I am originally from Nicaragua, where I previously worked as a Call Center Supervisor supporting a variety of accounts.

Through my experience, I have learned how to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining clear and effective communication under pressure. My skill set includes leadership, problem-solving, organization, and bilingual communication. One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my career is that adaptability and strong organization are essential to providing the best possible support to both clients and team members.

I am happy to be part of the Ramos Law family because, while the work is fast-paced and rewarding, the supportive environment makes it an enjoyable place to grow professionally and collaborate with others.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking outdoor walks with my Husky and discovering new music on Spotify. I have also recently rediscovered my interest in reading after finding a local library, and my current goal is to finish at least one book every month or two.
